Just a quick recap.  I am busy with a series of posts to help you in your journey to be a new and better you.  I will be looking at various things that stop us from being the best you ONLY YOU can be. We are firstly looking at our body.  If our bodies aren't functioning properly it affects our emotional and physical well-being.  You could be depressed and weak.  So let's dive in. As I was saying last time, toxins are a big thing that prevents out bodies from functioning properly.  It can affect our mental and physical health.  It can also hinder us from losing weight, which in turn makes us depressed 😢, believe me, I know.  It also makes our mind sluggish, making us feel stupid. Where do we start?

So where do we start?  I’ve been asking myself that same question for a very long time.  I’ve come to the conclusion that we should just start. I tend to over think things so much that I don’t actually do what I set out to do.  So here goes. Let me just be clear about something before we start.  I am not a medical doctor or anything similar.  The opinions I have are based on research I have done and my training as a laser therapist.  I practise Low Level Laser Therapy for weight loss and skin care.  This is what sparked my chain of interests into health. There are probably various reasons why you are reading this post today.  You might feel stressed, anxious or even empty inside.  Maybe you are feeling that you are failing as a mom, wife or as a person in general.  Or maybe you just want some motivation to be a healthier you.  You need to look at the things that could affect your state of mind from a physical point of view. ...

We tend to get so engulfed in our everyday stresses that we forget to take care of ourselves.  And we can only take care of our families if we take care of ourselves.  Have you become one of those moms that is always screaming, you constantly feel frustrated and you are on auto-pilot...hmmm, guess what, you need some TLC, my friend. Our journey is going to take us through ways to get our minds chilled and healthy again.  We are also going to get our bodies in ship shape.  And look at ways to build a strong family life.
